Back in the beginning... Time flies! Sauder Brothers Celebrates their 10th Anniversary!

That's right. In August 2013, Sauder Brothers, LLC was formed by brothers Melvin, Paul, Sylvan, and Wayne to operate an in-line bale wrapper to serve Lebanon County, PA, and surrounding areas. High moisture big square bales and round bales of alfalfa, grass hay, rye, triticale, and wheat were the most common. Farmers often baled in the late morning or afternoon and were ready to preserve the crop by wrapping the bales later in the day, often late afternoon, evenings, and even through the night. By the end of the 2018 season, the erratic schedule was no longer jiving well with our schedules, and the bale wrapper was sold to an area farmer to continue serving the local farming community. Late in 2019, the opportunity was taken to enter the world of trucking; brothers Jesse and Loren joined the company, and a Peterbilt tri-axle rollback truck was purchased, fondly remembered as "ole crackie". Our focus is on equipment transportation, especially for heavy haul, oversized equipment. To build on that focus, in 2021, a Peterbilt tractor, a step-deck trailer, and a detach (RGN) trailer were purchased, and the rollback was retired. In 2022, a Kenworth tractor and a second step-deck and detach (RGN) trailers were placed in operation. Thus far in 2023, we've added another Kenworth tractor and detach (RGN) trailer to the fleet. Our Peterbilt tractor spent a few weeks in the shop getting a longer frame and adding a third lift axle to the tractor. When this tractor is paired with our four-axle detach, we can transport up to a 55-ton equipment load. We believe the value we bring to our customers is through prompt and friendly service.

“Gratitude means to recognize the good in your life, be thankful for whatever you have, some people may not even have one of those things you consider precious to you (love, family, friends, etc). Each day give thanks for the gift of life. You are blessed”
